The 10 ml UNIFILTER is used with large sample or reagent volumes. Typical applications include biomolecule purification by solid phase extraction and organic synthesis in combinatorial chemistry library generation. Applications such as combinatorial chemistry library generation that require large sample volumes depend on microplates capable of filtering and holding these volumes. Biomolecule purification by solid phase extraction (SPE) is an example of one such an application. Whatman UNIFILTER 24 well microplates are well suited for large sample volume filtration.
