When choosing between 24-well and 384-well filtering plates, consider the volume of the samples, the number of samples, the equipment compatibility, and the nature of the experiments.
For high-throughput needs with smaller volumes, 384-well plates are more appropriate. However, for larger sample volumes and ease of manual handling, 24-well plates might be more suitable.
