When it comes to precision fluid handling, rely on the leader. Hamilton® Company offers a line of syringes developed exclusively for Spark Holland HPLC autosamplers that offer everything required of an instrument syringe chemical inertness, long life, reduced friction, precision and accuracy. Hamilton® syringes feature a glass and PTFE construction to provide an inert flow path for the most demanding applications. An exact fit between the PTFE plunger tip and the inner diameter of the glass barrel achieves the seal required for accurate operation for any spark Holland autosampler. Some manufacturers use a silicone lubricant to give a "smooth" feel to their syringe, leaving the potential for sample contamination. Hamilton® syringes are manufactured using no gi mmicks, delivering pure sample with every injection. The Hamilton® 1700 series is the gastight® version of the 700 series. The syringes are designed to work with liquids and gases. These syringes use PTFE as an inert plunger seal. They cover capacities from 10 µl to 500 µl. The syringes have an accuracy of ± 1% of the nominal volume. With these syringes liquids only come into contact with glass and PTFE. The plunger assemblies are interchangeable.
