Allihn condenser- or call it a bulb or reflux condenser. It’s suitable for laboratory-scale reflux, with it’s long glass tube with a water jacket. The long and small constrictions inside the tube increase the surface area where the vapour constituents condense.
Liebig condenser- basic, effective, inexpensive, and easy to use.
Graham condenser- a coolant spiral coil runs through the length of the condenser serving as the vapour- condensate path. I’s usually chosen because the coiled condenser tubes inside provide more area for cooling vs other designs.
