Wilmad LabGlass Magnetic Control Distilling Head, 24/40 Uptake Tube Standard Taper Joint

Distilling head for magnetically controlling reflux ratio. The proper electromagnetic coil to use to actuate the magnet is LG-6212. Stopcock in receiver tube permits change of receivers without interrupting the distillation. Additional stopcocks allow operation at atmospheric or reduced pressure. The top of vapor tube has a standard taper 10/30 outer joint to accept a thermometer calibrated for 75 mm immersion. Receiver connection is a full length standard taper 24/40 inner joint, while bottom of uptake tube is available in two different inner joints.
