Whatman™ Puradisc™ Non-Sterile PES Syringe Filter, 0.2 µm Pore Size, 25 mm dia Membrane

Whatman Puradisc syringe filters from GE Healthcare's Life Sciences business combine premium quality with economic efficiency. They are well suited for rapid, routine syringe filtration of samples up to 100 ml. Puradisc syringe filters cater to a wide variety of sample types and applications, including capillary electrophoresis, biological preparations, protein filtration, and UV spectroscopy sample preparation. Different Puradisc membrane media support diverse chemical solvents and compounds. Hydrophilic PES membranes are designed for stability in low pH, have low levels of extractable, and exhibit low protein binding, making them suitable for many aqueous and organic solvents. PES membranes allow higher liquid flow than either PTFE or PVDF.
