Amersham Hybond-NX is a neutral nylon membrane with all the properties of Hybond-N. It can be used for multiple re-probing due to its high tensile strength. Hybond-NX gives cleaner backgrounds than Hybond-N when using hybridization buffer volumes below 70 µl/cm2 of membrane.
